Things you will need

  • Pineapple – 2 slices 332g
  • Ginger – 3 inches 25g
  • Apple – 1 Medium 182g
  • Beetroot – 1 Medium 85g

Instructions for making a glass of fruity root:

  • Clean all of the ingredients and then dice them, they do not have to look pretty just small pieces that can be squeezed by the juicer is usually fine.
